These terms apply to websites and related services that I provide as a freelance web developer. They are meant to be simple and fair, so you always know what you get, what it costs and what happens if something changes.

The agreement
Each project starts with a short written offer (by email or message) that states the plan, price, deadline and features. The offer together with these terms is the agreement between you and me.
Free draft
I prepare a draft of your homepage free of charge. Receiving a draft does not oblige you to buy. Until the project is paid for, the draft remains my work and may not be published or used.
Prices and payment
- Prices are fixed and shown in euros. The price in the offer is final for the work described.
- Payment terms are written in the offer. Usually this means a deposit before work starts and the rest before launch.
- Domain and hosting are paid to the provider separately. I set them up for you.
- Website support (€50 per month) is optional, billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Revisions and extra work
Each plan includes the rounds of revisions stated in the pricing section. A revision round is a set of changes to existing design and content. New pages and new features are quoted separately before I start them.
Your content
You are responsible for the texts, images and logos you give me, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. When I add stock photos, I choose ones with a licence that allows commercial use.
Ownership and portfolio
After full payment, you own the website files and the domain. I may show the finished website in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.
Deadlines
Deadlines depend on you sending content and feedback on time. If something is delayed on your side, the deadline moves by the same time.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel before development starts and receive back any deposit. If work has already started, you pay for the work done up to that point. The free draft is never charged.
Liability
I do my best to deliver a working and secure website, but I cannot promise specific business results such as search rankings or sales. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights given to you by the law of your country.
