What data I collect

When you send the contact form, I receive the details you enter:

• Your name and email address
• Your Telegram username or phone number (optional)
• The plan you are interested in and how you found me (optional)
• The description of your business and idea

I do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this website.

Why I use your data

I use your data only for three simple reasons:

• To answer your message and prepare a free draft. This is needed to talk to you before any agreement.
• To do the work if you order a website from me, and to handle payments and taxes as the law requires.
• To keep a record of my conversation with you in case of questions or disagreements later.

I never use your data for advertising and I never sell it.

These reasons match the GDPR legal bases: steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation and my legitimate interest.

Who receives your data

I do not sell your data. It is handled only by the services needed to run this website and deliver your message:

• Resend, which delivers the contact form message to my inbox
• My email provider, where I receive and store your messages
• My hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps technical logs such as IP addresses

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, using standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Data connected to a contract and its invoices is kept for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict how I use your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To use any of these rights, email me at the address above. I will reply within 30 days.

If you have a question or a problem with how I handle your data, write to me first and I will do my best to fix it quickly. You can also always contact the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

Security

Messages are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to your data is limited to me and the services listed above.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
